Megan y Vin encontraron el lugar perfecto para su Boda de Destino en Antigua Guatemala. La arquitectura colonial, el colorido de sus calles empedradas, ruinas y jardines, ofrecieron el mejor de los escenarios para celebrar su impresionante boda.
La ceremonia se celebró en las ruinas de San José El Viejo, locación que ofreció un telón de fondo único! La sesión de fotos de novios la hicimos en Hotel Casa Santo Domingo y las Ruinas de Capuchinas. La recepción al final del día en Casa Santo Domingo.
Los preparativos de la novia los empezamos temprano en el hotel, nada mejor que empezar con buen tiempo para fotografiar todos esos momentos únicos de la novia con su familia y damas.

Megan and Vin found in Antigua Guatemala the perfect place for their Destination Wedding. The Colonial architecture, their coloful and cobbled streets, ruins and gardens, offered the best scenarios to celebrate their incredible wedding.
The ceremony was held in the ruins of San José el Viejo, a beautiful location that offered a unique backdrop. Whe made the bride/groom photo session at Hotel Casa Santo Domingo and Capuchinas Ruins. The reception at night in Casa Santo Domingo.
I started the bride getting ready photographs very early at the hotel, nothing better than start with plenty of time to photograph all those once in a lifetime moments of the bride with her family and bridemaids.

Megan y Vin decidieron tener su “first look” antes de la ceremonia y fue un moemento muy emotivo. Me encanta siempre ver la expresión del novio cuando la mira por primera vez con su vestido de novia! Continuamos con la sesión artística en los alrededores del hotel y la terminamos en las ruinas de Capuchinas.

Megan and Vin decided to have a first look before the ceremony and it was really emotive, I love to see the groom’s expression when he sees her on her wedding dress! We continued with the artistic photo session at hotel surroundings and finish it at Capuchinas Ruins.

Daniel was my first choice for our wedding photographer because of how he beautifully and skilfully captured our friends’ weddings. I preferred to use Daniel because of his knowledge and experience photographing weddings in Antigua. Every step of the way, Daniel was a pleasure to work with. From the our first correspondence, Daniel was interested in knowing what our style preferences were and how he could accommodate our photographic needs and desires; he also advised us on how to make the most of our photos sessions, including logistics like the permits need to enter certain ruins. I always felt like he was advocating for us, and even informed me when a prospective client told him she was planning to book our desired ceremony venue for the same day! During our events and photo shoots, he advised us on how to look our best. Daniel and his team photographed four of our wedding events, our pre-wedding photo shoot, and organised the photo booth/guestbook at our reception- every collection was stunning! Our family and friends have commented that our photos are the most beautiful they’ve ever seen and they appear to have come from a magazine. We look forward to revisiting these exquisite memories over the many years to come… Without a doubt, hiring Daniel was one of the best decisions I made. Mil gracias Daniel!
